Mini V on the rear wheel on my foldup bike, cantilever on the front. Cantilevers on my touring bikes. Only reason I use the mini V on the foldup bike is that the cable routing does not allow cantilever cable hanger. I tried an old sidepull but it performed poorly so I bought the mini V. The mini V does not have a lot of extra room, if I wanted to use a fender it would be a problem.
