On the supplier front, my club has done two orders for embroidered wool jerseys. THe first was with Portland Cyclewear, and there were a lot of complaints about quality and shrinkage. The second was with Woolistic, and though I haven't heard any other complaints, I would NEVER buy another jersey from them. It's by far the WORST wool jersey I've ever owned. The fabric breathes about as well as saran wrap, it stretches out of shape if you look at it funny, and after two seasons of light use is pilled almost beyond recognition. IIRC, it's also Chinese, regardless of Woolistic's touting of their Swiss origins. My Kucharik, Santini, RG Sport,Smartwool, Canari and no-name Colombian jerseys are all superior in every respect. On a scale of 1-5, I'd give Woolistic a -1.
