let's just say it looks better in the picture

went to bikebarn and bikesport today. Bikebarn was not what I expected. I felt like I was in a wal mart, it was huge (considering it's a "LBS"), had families running around buying bikes and whatnot. Anyway I was there for 30 minutes and nobody approached me. Sure I could've gone and got someone, but plenty of people saw me. maybe I'm being dumb, but I kind of wanted to feel like they'd notice if I bought my bike from them vs somewhere else. I didn't feel like anyone but the once a weekers were on a first name basis. Plus the 2.1s they had out were too small for me

So I went to bikesport on the way home. They have 1.5s at 1050 and 2.1s for 1199 I believe. They also sell cannondale, no models they had built were my size though so since they close at 6 they're gonna put some 56/58cm bikes together tomorrow and I'm going to come ride them. I don't know... I'd gladly give these guys $50, hopefully I can get them down off the MSRP though.

I'm starting to reconsider that 2200 now. The 'massive sale' or whatever was pretty standard. Oh and I saw why that Specialized was down to $550 now. It's some terrible off gray color or something. Was the ugliest bike in it's class I've seen to date
