What's up with the seat tube lug/gusset? Kind of odd, maybe trick/track..? I haven't encountered any of these bikes. Might want to take a closer look at that crack in the track end.

Pretty rad frame. Will cost a lot to build up from scratch. But, at least it'll keep your mind active while stretching and recovering.
