Bikes: Litespeed Liege, Motorola Team Issue Eddy Mercxk, Santana Noventa Tandem, Fisher Supercaliber Mtn. Bike

I have been looking for a Ti bike for a while and found one on ebay local to me.. I cannot find much on this model, Litespeed Liege frame - Full DA 9 speed - Mavic Cosmic Elite wheels.... The seller is looking for $2300 but is willing to deal.. Compared to some of the Ultimates on ebay I think he is high on his price.. What to you guys think is a fair deal..
