With few parameters, you can't expect anything but for the artist to give his/her best. That may be out of the realm of possibility, but it's a start.
AFAIK nothing's been decided, just submissions for art on a "custom jersey".
Holiday has alluded to using
Oregon Cyclewear but I'm not sure if this has even been decided.
