130-160 miles a week depending on the holiday/unusual schedule. Typical week would be 150 miles. It's all commute + side errand on commute. Typically carrying about 30lbs (2 pannier, clothes, drinks, notebook, etc...) extra weight averaging about 13 mph (moving 14 mph). Not that fast but it's a huge improvement from 11mph I was at when it was 4 months ago when I started going at this distance. Daily incline of 1400ft bunched up on 3 mile section does wonders for my workout on the way back home. Looking forward to the days that I will be doing 16mph moving average every day... (not so easy with bike+luggage weighting 60lbs+ with the hills I have... and I would think that would be practical limit for eventually in couple of years).
