My neighborhood only had a few foreclosures, but it was quite a shake-up. The vast majority of people built in 1960 here and stayed here. So everyone is very old. Even the young people (my age!) are kind of set in their ways. I walked by a guy my age who was sweeping the grass the near the road to clear sand from it.

So the houses that went up for sale brought in some real* young people, all from the city. One house even has *gasp* kids! With TOYS all over their driveway.

I'm happy about it. The whole place seems more vibrant.

Others are not as happy as I am. LOL
