One thing; if the frame was not designed to be naked it won't necessarily have that beautiful, finished looking, carbon weave layer on top. You may be stuck with a very unimpressive and plain (possibly yucky looking) carbon tube with an unsightly weave.
Yup.
The finish may not be as neat and tidy under that paint as you imagine since the factory knew it was getting painted.
