phew... lot's to read here. I understand where everyone is coming from. I was just trying to get a few opinions on the two bikes I was considering. Thanks to everyone that had given me the help. I would really love to get some Rival components, but for now my budget is limited. I do agree though, if I had the cash, that would be the best way to go in the long run. BUT, at the same time, I'll get used to the 105's and the stock components on the CAAD10-5 and look forward to upgrading sometime next year. It will let me appreciate newer, lighter, better components down the road!

Anyhoo, I'll be stopping by the LBS tomorrow morning to put in my order for a 52cm CAAD10. Any thoughts on red or black? I still can't decide on color...

EDIT: and by the way, I think the Felt bikes are seriously sexy. This Z85 I rode was a flashy pimpin beast. Really. So damn nice. It was a very very hard choice between that and the CAAD. But in the end, I went with the Cannondale because of how well it handled, stiff frame, and efficiency in transferring my power.
