So, went to the LBS and rode a bunch of stuff, and my first impression was correct - I love the feel of the Giant Cypress DX. It just fit me perfectly, love the shifters, love the saddle, am just all around happy with it So, it followed me home, and I just got back from the inaugural ride. I figure a new bike thread is worthless without pics...also, took a pic next to the Sedona ST that shows the differences in geometry pretty well, and my reasoning for going to a very similar bike. Last, a pic of me with the Cypress that'll serve as my "before" pic as I embark on my transformation....
