I'm looking at this Cannondale on CL and was wondering if anyone had any more information. Seller says that it was bought about 4 years ago, but the R600 line ends in 2004 according to Bikepedia. Also, seller says that all components are the original, but I couldn't find Campy R600s anywhere.

Some specs:
Year: 2006, 2007? (Seller's guess)
Frame: R111
RD: Campy Triple Racing
FD: Campy Triple Racing (can't make out in picture, but assuming that's what it says)
Color: Red/Blue fade

I've researched Triple Racing and found out it was comparable to Athena, but don't know when it was discontinued. Maybe someone who knows can pinpoint the year.
