Does it rub all the time, or like once every revolution of the wheel? If it's all the time. the piston may be sticking in the caliper, and not releasing all the way. Riding in snow or salt will not help the situation! If it's every revolution, it's a warped rotor, and can be fixed by hand.,,,,BD

Orrrr. While it was at the shop some unknowing person grabbed the brake lever while the wheel was off. A huge no no. This sets the pads further in. Although most times this happens, the wheel cannot even be reinstalled...
