Wind usually abuses me but I did a good pull on my club's breakfast ride Saturday, doing about 18 mph into a 20 mph headwind. My legs were rubber when I was done. (I usually ride with the mid group, but there were only four of us Saturday due to chilly temps and stiff wind.)
