Custom Schwinn Tri Wheeler

Saw a trike similar to this on C/L awhile back. This one is a 1972 Heavy Duti fitted to a Town and Country.

Did Schwinn make a model like this? Or is a frankenbike project the only way to get there?

I'd like to build up a trike but the step-through frames are putting me off.
