I thought that I was going to leave my bike outside on the bike rack, but saw plenty of bikes on the inside of the stairwells for other buildings, so I'm doing that until someone says something.
I thought someone would say something in the almost 2 years of parking my bike in the lobby on the ground floor. But alas no one cares.
