It's not like that when carbon fiber bikes are used they wear out like pencil erasers or tires when they get used. Bikes from this era will get collected and considered classic and vintage in time when this generation that is using them now gets older and the technology changes in the future.
I certainly hope so for the sake of the sport, but part of me wonders if they'll end up like vintage rap music.
