Are the tubes blowing up in the same area?
If it's the same brand/model, might be a factory defect.
But more likely, you're pinching the tube.
Try putting some air in the tube before mounting,
if it gets really tight when you get to the last part;
let the air out. Watch for any bulging on the tire
while pumping. Good luck.
