I meant "respectable" as compared to the distances mapped out by the ride organizers of the Michigan ride that Jim was asking about. Nothing more, nothing less. I suppose I could have worded that sentence differently.
The on-line info seems still to be from last year, except that Early Bird on-line registration opens 3/15/2011. There were set paved distances from 15 to 100 miles, but it's not a given that will be true this summer. Last year the benefit for early registration was $10 for adults, and $1.00 for AABTS members. I'd expect that's the same this year.
Latitude65: I'd say your Hawaii friends are correct, though I don't have the option of being from Michigan in the winter.
