My weight is still way too high for this time of year. I think I just scrubbed my season in terms of what I wanted to accomplish. Sucks. I have resigned to not racing as often as I could have and riding more long rides to help push the weight down and also to running again....seems to be the only ay my body drops weight. I also have reduced myself to only eating Cliff Builder Bars....calorie deficit is large now but let's not talk about what it's doing to the plumbing.
