I'll go to my LBS, the only local roadie shop, for lots of small stuff and help because I really like the mechanics (they give me a lot of free service). The shop is real small though and the owner is kind of a dick so the prices are a bit high. But I volunteer at the co-op and so I pick up a lot of good used stuff now and I get all the typical LBS employee perks.
