True mechanical sensibility is completely absent to a lot of people... but bike's are just so damn simple. With a little guidance/instruction just about anyone can change a headset etc. Plus its not your bike right...
It's my job there to teach them. A lot of people get it and I feel like others will do their thing and then go the lbs the next day
