I wear castelli stuff as well, i'm 5'11 but only 145 pounds. I wear a medium in there jerseys and they fit perfectly on me. I recently bought a medium sized castelli bib from real cyclist and it was extremely small. I could barely get the straps over my shoulders and when i did i think i deprived my thighs of oxygen as it was on so tight. I think i would need a L or XL for there bibs. Next time i decide to buy a castelli bib i may just try on at my LBS and order online.
