Brand new +20 years of dust, that is--I think the seller only took it for a test ride. It seems fairly low-end but the frame has nice lugs. And it is adorable, no? I thought you all would like to see before I tinker with it.

No Tange stickers or model name, just "Sport Series." Derailleurs both just "Shimano SIS." Stem and crank arms SR (riveted crankset ugh), brakeset Dia-Compe. Araya 27 1/4". 46cm C-T.

1. What should I change? Crankset, handlebar suggestions? Leave as is?
2. I'm thinking it's the very bottom of the Lotus lineup, correct? (calling T-Mar...
