are you talking about the old '87ish white pedals? other than a pin spanner for the outer dustcap, I don'y think you need anything other than a socket and a wrench. any quality bearing of the correct size will be great.
Have you rebuilt any? There doesn't seem to be a large body of information available. Most of what I found were questions like mine. I've got the pedals on 3 bikes. I'd hate to have to buy new cleats and pedals just because the old ones can't be rebuilt.
