Look on the Toronto Craigslist. There is a guy named Polly or Pauly that has a shop on Queen Street East that sells inexpensive wheel sets for around 200. Ask him if you can just buy a rear wheel. Plus you should be looking at the Toronto CL to see if your wheel comes up for sale, it has been known to happen.
