Thanks for the replies, i didn't expect this to be such a big deal.
I was Googling this builder Pavarin and found out he was the trainer for Italy's youth national team and he might have built Casartelli's bike for the Barcelona Olympics... although this particular bike looks a bit older than early 90's right?

Yeah the seat tube is folded inward to make room to remove the wheel. It actually has decent clearance right now it's just a bad camera angle.
Its in very rough condition but a nice bike regardless..... Move the rear wheel back some, it looks goofy jammed up to the seat tube, lower the seat a few inches and level it.
Needs lever hoods: $60
Clips n straps: $40
Super Record seat post: $75
Maybe $600-800 in its present condition.....maybe. Its rough.
I don't think i want to invest in this bike, i'm not a collector or anything, i ride mountain bikes. Also i wouldn't know where to start finding vintage components.
Any idea where i could put this up for sale in the UK? Or is it worth the bother of international shipping to sell it on the US Ebay?
