I'd rather stay in the USA. I know there are parts of Mexico people go to to live inexpensively. I've read that Tijuana is a part of the Sam Diego metropolitan area. How does it work out for those living on one side and working on another? Also, I don't speak Spanish, but I guess I could learn. Although, I think I'd rather limit this search to continental USA.
