I'm not saying you would go that far to take them to court, but if you're wondering if they're legally obligated, he was an agent of the company and had the ability both in appearance and fact to conduct business for the company. But if nothing was in writing, you're out of luck.

At one times, courts used to be a place to go to in order to get justice. And now what - we take people to court b/c we didnt get a really good deal on a f**king bike? Have we dropped to such an absysmally absurd level of pussification and completely insane loss of perspective that "taking them to court" is even being uttered in the same breath as this story?
