My morning training rides are often into the wind almost all the way as I pick up the old woman's car
and she rides her bike home from work. Many times these rides just feel like #$%^ but when I get
home and d/l the power I find that I have done an exceptional effort and my whole attitude changes.
Riding with power just adds a whole new reality.
