The Fixie Inc. Peacemaker claims that having a fleece pad on the downtube helps absorb rain so it doesn't splash off the downtube and all over your jeans. Has anyone ever tried to make their own version or anything similar?
This has got to be the worst "innovation" I've ever seen posted in this forum. Even worse than the silly ideas that design students come up with.
