Yea, I was talking to a guy who used to work at the bicycle co-op at my school and he said they can actually order in the parts for a wheel and I can build it myself. He was saying all together it would cost less than $100 (inc. cog and lockring) and that the most expensive part was actually the spokes? Interesting. Although I'd probably have to wait a few weeks for this regardless.
