Looking to buy some cooler weather riding gear. I dont think I will be going out if it is raining hard but would like some water protection in the event I get poured on. Ill be riding in 40 degree weather and was checking out the gore bike wear jackets

I noticed that they were made with either Goretex or Windstopper. Should I save the 100 bucks or so and just pickup a windstopper model? I would assume I could just spray a water repellent coating once in a while.

Any other jackets in the 250 range you would suggest?
