Ive been sick and not active for about a month. Although i dont know much about cycling I want to get back in shape and also increase my stamina through cycling; I also do judo, boxing, and muay thai. I see cycling as great cross training for getting back into shape and i want to be able to meet the 20mi mark for my first goal.
