Perhaps they ought to actually recall the tires if they are failing before the lawyers line up? Bike tire companies seem to think if a bad batch of tires get out in the market it will just go away. Example: Ultremo failures. Never actually recalled but they did replace them after about 8 months.

As to American Classic, they did a total recall of their rear hubs after ONE failure. Look it up.
