Rode for the first time since my crash on Feb 10th. Just noodled around the neighborhood with my wife for 10 minutes or so just to see what my mental state would be. No panic attacks, so that's good! So far, the Dr.'s are happy with my recovery. I have a follow-up scheduled with the trauma clinic in a couple of weeks and, hopefully, will have a good report.

Please keep us posted on your progress! I, for one, am trying to connect with as many people going through this as possible. Surprisingly, none of my close friends have never had a severe concussion and while they're supportive and understanding, they can't share personal and encouraging experiences. The fact that you rode a month after the accident is very encouraging!
