I went down to the LBS today with the intention of spending $30 on some miscellaneous stuff, and walked out $100 poorer. Oh well.

One of my purchases was a set of strapless toe clips for my pedals. These things rock. I feel like I have control of my pedals more then usual, and a lot more power behind my stroke.
