Nice ride, but you might want to FLIP IT to get the bar height somewhere near where it's supposed to be before dialing in seat height, fore/aft, etc. No sense in adjusting things when your reach (and body position) are going to change. The Roubaix already has a relaxed or "endurance" geometry (ie, taller head tube). Having your stem like that is serious overkill. It's obvious when your handlebars are higher than your seat. Besides, that's why headset spacers are included.
