I'm not sure I understood any of your reply? Who is "always buying the patches" (you work at a shop)? And if they are paying $5 for patches that should be costing you like 6¢ a piece that has to be a better money maker than $2 tubes. If your patches are ending up 'nasty' you are doing it wrong.
