KK has the best reputation, but CycleOps Fluid2 also has a stellar reputation and probably more users due to Saris's large distribution.

Basically the resistance liquid is completely sealed (not relying on an o-ring). The older Cycleops trainers utilized o-rings that when they fail (I think it's safe to say "when they fail" not "if they fail"), the liquid began to leak. The KK is essentially not able to leak in this fashion.
The Jet Pro 2 is the first CycleOps to take advantage of this same design.
I'd say based on that alone, the two are indistinguishable with perhaps the exception of the larger flywheel you can put on the KK.
You'll be happy with whichever, I would imagine. I personally hate cranking on trainers to get them setup, the CycleOps has those little quick levers which is pretty ****** in my opinion.
