Interesting bike. Are you sure it is a Galmozzi? Bike forum user Citoyen du Monde knows much more about Galmozzis than I. I know their bikes from the 50's and 60's had slotted lugs and fork crowns. I'm confused by your lugs, which are different from what I have seen.

Is the head tube (the tubing itself) stamped Galmozzi?
