So a couple more pics, and a little bit more info....

The rear hub (seen below) has the words "Sturmey Archer" as well as "England" and the number 16 (large gap) then 69.

Would this mean it's a 1969? Kinda neat if so, year of my birth.

Any help with identification is much appreciated.
