Right now I'm leaning toward the smaller frame (weight, looks really, gonna be a race bike ) but what different characteristics should I expect with a longer/shorter top tube. What changes with the frame length? My seat setback should be the same in each case (as are the chain stays on the bikes and my seat height will be the same (just a lil less seatpost on the larger frame)), mainly wheelbase and stem length changing I think? Thanks for any help.
You gonna be able to get the bars igh enough with the smaller frame.Maybe that goes with the Euro Trash Racer Boy look. You are kiding yourself about saving weight. Think the 120 stem on a 52 is a joke, but you are paying for it.
