CXP22s are 525g per rim. Velocity Deep Vs are 580g per rim. That would make the CXP22s about 0.25lb lighter than a comparable Deep V set. If you can find out how much a Deep V set weighs, then you have your answer.

Kinlins XR270s are not exactly low profile, but they're still lighter than CXP22s at ~450g per rim.

IRO is currently having a sale on their Cold Fusion rims, which are said to be rebranded Velocity Fusions. If this is indeed the case, they have a 25mm depth with a reported weight of 480g. Buying their hubs and rims together will definitely give you a great, low priced wheelset, even if you got it professionally assembled.
