Heh... That's just like how I've built up my tool stash.

least I would use? I guess I could think of what I take with me when I plan to rent a bike -- hex wrenches, chain tool, spoke tool, a couple of screwdrivers.
I think it just comes down to looking at what you need to do on the bike and deciding whether you should buy the tool and learn how to use it.
