Bikes: a few

smaller seems ok but when out of the saddle, that extra 2cm can get quite tight up on your knees around the stem area. I'd hesitate to go too short in the TT for that reason alone. That and the HT size would be 2 cm smaller also, therefore you need more steerer extending out the top which I also don't like, or an angled up stem.
