I am still loosing at a good clip but a few things I noticed over the last week.
I had zero energy, and did not feel very good at all. I even started dreading the workouts at the YMCA and had a hard time keeping my HR at the 85%, was keeping it in the cardio zone but not as high as I had the previous 6 weeks.

Here is what I feel happened.
I was actually not eating enough, was basically eating 2 cups of cheerios for breakfast with skim milk, a ham sandwich for lunch and a cup of brown rice and 8 oz of grilled chicken breast for dinner. I would add a salad or yogurt to the dinner meal most nights. I really was not hungry, was drinking around 100 oz of water also. I would swap out a small baked potato with salsa for the rice once in a while but that basically was my diet and I was fine with it but got pretty run down.

I have since increased the chicken breast a little and adding more veggies and wheat bread to it. Also started drinking a couple of EAS Myoplex Lite shakes each day. I increased my sleep from 5 hrs a night to 7 and am feeling much better.

In my mind I was not starving myself but for the amount of cardio I was doing (60 mins a day) I do not think I was feeding it enough either. I am back to enjoying the workouts, adding in some cycling and just trying to be smart with my eating.

Yesterday I had a cheeseburger on wheat bun and fries (small) tasted so good, like I was cheating but counted the points in WW and stayed with in my points for the day with no problem.
Its said so many times its a life change and way of life you have to get used too. I love to cook (bbq) I have several smokers and my family loves it. I have learned to smoke smaller quantities and things like Turkey breast more often.
