That sounds like how I was feeling after 6 weeks of progressively harder riding levels combined with 4 solid weeks of revised eating habits. I took last week off from riding to get healthy again, gained back 1.5 weeks of weight loss, and then restarted again this past Sunday. Amazingly, I'm below the 6 wk weight as of last night, and my legs are doing better then ever on the riding, and my trainer sessions are longer w/ intervals that I couldn't sustain in wk 6. Basically my body needed a break before I went back at it. I'm still 3 days away from my weekly weigh-in and that includes two more times where I'll be eating out, so I don't know that I'll be below my weight from wk 6. But I bet its pretty close.
BTW, I gained weight the first 2 wks as I hadn't revised my eating habits well (and wasn't taking ownership of my own eating habits), so I had lost 10lbs in 4 wks before my body was overwhelmed by my changes and life related stresses.
