I talked the seller today and he is willing to take it to local bike shop and have them ship it. It has a three speed derailleur and 31.5" stand over height. I can't afford it right now, so I am passing it on here.

1950'S French tourist bike with integrated rear rack. French components. Brooks saddle. Lot of extras.
Good mechanical condition.
Decals are rough.
22+inches/56cm middle of bottom bracket to top of seat tube.
$500
Include over sized Brooks saddle bag and vintage Carradice panniers.

I offered and sold this bike a year ago and the fellow who bought it sold it back to me.
It is a rare and unusual bike but I just don't have room for it.
Of all the bikes I've collected over the years, this is the one I held on to the longest.
