I picked up some calipers @ harbor freight. Nothing fancy, but the spindle edge to edge came out @ 111.6mm. That would match sheldon's database for the acera x cranks, which is 110 or 113.
Is it better to opt for the shorter or longer spindle?
The 73/113 will be the easiest to source and will work fine.
